(Fig.3)3) Remove nine 4x18 Tapping screws and one 4x35 Tapping screw. Housing R can be removed. (Fig.4)As for 4328, 4329 and M439, after inserting Thrust plate to Dust seal, mount them on Bearing case complete. (Fig.4a)3) Connect Armature shaft gear and the pin of Bearing case complete to Gear complete through the holes of Balance plate.As for 4328, 4329 and M439, fit Retaining ring S-6 into the groove of the pin of Bearing case complete using 1R291.4) Face the collar side of Collar sleeve to Gear complete, and mount Collar sleeve on Gear complete.5) Put Collar sleeve into the hole of Slider section after assembling the components.[5] Removing Armature ass'yRemove Armature ass'y from Bearing case complete using 1R269 as illustrated inFig. 5.Fig. 5Bearing case complete1R269Armature ass'y[6] Removing Lever 18 (only for 4328, 4329 and M439)Refer toFig. 6.1) Remove Stop ring E-4 behind Lever 18 using a slotted screwdriver.2) Align Lever 18 with III mark on Housing set and pull out Lever 18.Steel ball 4 and Compression spring 4 can be removed.Fig. 6III markLever 18P5/7Repair[7] Assembling Housings R and LReferring toFig. 7,Assemble Fig.R to Housing L.Note: 1) Firmly insert O rings into the bottom of holes in Housing R so as not to fall off. (The bottom positions haveribs for prevention of falling them off.)2) Be sure to set each component in place of Housings R and L. Do not pinch Polyurethane sponge seal.3) Do not put Leaf spring under Slider.
